Two classic Redmann tracks, Plastic Explosive and Turn The Corner are revisited in our latest EP with new mixes from Notch, fresh for 2017. Turn The Corner receives an update in progressive house style, with the original piano lead, female vocal sample and pads being layered with updated beats, flanging effects and a large, filtered supersaw arp riff. Notch stays true to the original with Plastic Explosive, keeping the stuttering gated trance chords and adding contemporary house beats and layering in more pads and deeper bass. Accompanying the remixes are bonus remastered versions of the original 2002 mix of Turn The Corner and the original breakbeat cut of Plastic Explosive from 2006. Download them all from our release page!
Happy new year! Last year we smashed our overall download record for any year with over 1.5 million downloads of all our individual tracks across the web, including downloads on other portals such as the Free Music Archive and Jamendo, so thanks to everyone who listened to or downloaded our music in 2015.
Our annual download chart for last year has been compiled and it is a fourth consecutive year on top for the ever popular Beat Doctor remix of Memories Of Thailand by Risey. Redmann‘s Plasma, our top download back in 2011, was our 5th most popular track. You can view the full chart here.

This month’s release features two new remixes of some classic Redmann tunes. Blastculture gets his hands on Move Harder and reworks the electro house track in a dark and edgy progressive style. Aerologic pumps up the chilled vibe of the original Born Into It by adding big EDM synth sounds and a large build up section in the middle. Both remixes are available to download free now from the release page.
Our first new release of the year is here – and we’ve brought back a classic track to start 2014. Reworking Redmann and Hyperterminal’s trance anthem Neurotic, originally released on Frantik Music in 1999, is Aerologic with a new EDM version to bring the track bang up to date. Also included for the purists is a new trance mix from Hyperterminal, keeping the original rolling trance vibe and updating the sounds for the 21st century. As usual, we’re keeping those downloads free of charge and ready for reuse with the ol’ Creative Commons licence! Get the new mixes now on our Neurotic release page.

Our new release today features two brand new chillout remixes of Redmann’s Zero Gravity. Psychadelik Pedestrian’s remix features atmospheric pads and half-speed beats, while Redmann’s own remix keeps the original sounds and slows down the tempo, adding acoustic beats. The release also includes remastered versions of JMD’s trance remix and Redmann’s breakbeat mix. As usual, all of the remixes are released under a Creative Commons licence for you to download, share and use in your DJ mixes and video productions.
